The approach
A considered approach
to the body.
Thirty years of practice have taught me to read the body through the hands — slowly, precisely and without assumption.
Treatment combines manual soft tissue therapy, acupuncture and dry needling, chosen for the person rather than the protocol. The aim is not only relief, but understanding what caused the problem in the first place.

Experience
you can feel.
Sensitive · Precise · Experienced
Three decades of touch build a kind of literacy: the ability to find, in minutes, what the body has been compensating for over years.
The method
More than a treatment.
An integrated approach.
Assess
Symptoms, history and movement — read through conversation and through the hands.
Treat
Hands-on soft tissue therapy, acupuncture and dry needling, combined to suit the body in front of me.
Restore
Movement, stretching, strengthening and postural guidance where it is appropriate.
Every body is different.
Treatment should be too.
An individual, person-centred approach rather than a standard treatment protocol.

The practitioner
A practitioner shaped by movement,
sport and experience.
Swiss-born and London-based, Daniel came to the body first through sport — competing across summer and winter disciplines, and learning rehabilitation from the inside through his own injuries.
Years living and travelling in Asia introduced Traditional Oriental Medicine, yoga, Shiatsu and eventually acupuncture. Those threads now run through a single practice, shared with athletes, dancers and people simply trying to move well again.
30+ Years — Clinical Experience
In their words
Trusted by those
who move for a living.
I've worked with Daniel since 2008 and appreciate his extraordinary skills as a body worker which are both intuitive as well as scientific. He is a healer in the true sense and I highly recommend him.
